About GI HARIMAAboutGI Harima

Harima is a brand of premium refined sake (seishu) that offers a soft feeling in the mouth with a subtle but rich flavor and scent for a tender and rounded sensation with less bitterness and astringency.
Koji (rice malt) made from Yamadanishiki, a branded sake rice made in Hyogo Prefecture, adds nice acidic flavor with a clean and light finish.
